Holly Willoughby looking to future after leaving This Morning without goodbye
Holly Willoughby has left fans of This Morning guessing after she left the ITV show for the summer without saying goodbye.
The presenter, 42, started her annual summer break from the show earlier in July.
But despite her departure, she surprised fans by refusing to announce she was leaving the ITV daytime programme.

Speaking to new!, an insider from the show said that the last few months "highlighted the importance of family" for the host.
“She will be thinking about the future and making sure her family is priority,” the source added.
In previous years the ex-Celebrity Juice panelist would share she would be absent from the show for two months, along former co-presenter and good pal Phillip Schofield.
Typically, the duo would go as far as to book holidays together while Alison Hammond and Dermot O'Leary took the reins of the show.
But Willoughby has taken a quieter tone this year, after she was surrounded in the scandal regarding Schofield and the toxic nature of the show.
ITV has stated that the presenter is not set to leave the show, but PR expert Dermot McNamara told new! Holly's "swift exit would have left viewers concerned" as she remains "very much the heart" of This Morning.
Holly, who is a mum of three, is looking to "reassess her priorities" and make some decisions on "her future on the show".
The presenter was embroiled in backlash in the fallout of Phillip Schofield's dramatic departure from the show in May.
After initial rumours of a falling out between Holly and Phil, the former Cube host, 61, dropped a bombshell by releasing a statement confessing to an affair with a younger co-worker before leaving ITV.
Viewers were convinced that Holly had known about the relationship, despite her consistent denial of the allegations.
She had added that Phillip had lied to her as well when she asked him about the suspicions after he came out as gay in 2020.
In a statement posted to her social media in the days after his shock departure, Holly wrote: “It's taken time to process yesterday's news.
“When reports of this relationship first surfaced, I asked Phil directly if this was true and was told it was not.
“It's been very hurtful to now find out that this was a lie. Holly."
After taking two weeks during the mid-term holidays, Holly made a dramatic return to the show saying she was "shaken" by the debacle in a statement she read on the show.
