Hollyoaks star Carley Stenson ‘terrified’ as she’s confirmed for Dancing On Ice

Carley Stenson has revealed she's "terrified" ahead of her Dancing On Ice debut.
The actress found fame playing the role of Steph Cunningham on Channel 4's Hollyoaks but has been known to take on a string of challenging roles in the past.
Speaking at the time of the announcement, Carley said: "I'm so excited that I get to learn how to dance… On ice!
"I'm terrified but can't wait, I just want to make the most of this whole experience."
The announcement comes after weeks of speculation that the actress who has carved out a career on the West End would be taking to the ice.
Sources claimed that Carley's husband Danny Mac would offer her some invaluable advice after starring on ITV's rival show, Strictly Come Dancing.
Now, the star is the ninth celebrity to be announced for the programme joining the likes of Patsy Palmer, Joey Essex, Darren Harriott and Nile Wilson.
On Saturday (October 8), Love Island Aftersun's Darren shared the news he would be joining the show during an appearance on Trisha Goddard's TalkTV programme.
He told the legendary television host: "I'm worried I'm going to fly and just go into (Phillip) Schofield).
But it appears that Darren may have some work cut out for him as he revealed some issues that could occur during his stint on the popular ITV programme.
He told Trisha: "I've got the biggest feet they've ever had on the show they've said, I'm only a size 13."
But Darren also revealed he's the only person without one bit of vital kit for skating – his boots, telling Trisha: "I don't have boots yet, I'm the only person who doesn't have boots.
"I'm nervous about the ice, you know what Trisha, I like the heat, I'm a fan of being warm," but Trisha who appeared on the programme back in 2020 informed Darren that bosses on the show "give you padding".
