Wilde and Sudeikis have two children together: 8-year-old Otis Alexander and 5-year-old Daisy Josephine.
The couple was described as "amicable" and "great at co-parenting" per PEOPLE, following their November 2020 split, but the tides seem to have turned.
Midway through her speech at CinemaCon on April 26, 2022, about Don't Worry Darling, a movie she directed starring Harry Styles and Florence Pugh, Wilde was given a manila envelope marked "personal and confidential."

She opened the papers, glanced at them, said, "Okay, got it," and carried on with the show.
The next day, Deadline broke the news that the mysterious envelope was from Jason Sudeikis' legal team, regarding custody of their kids.
According to a spokesperson for Sudeikis, he had “no prior knowledge of the time or place that the envelope would have been delivered."
The Emmy-award-winning actor's spokesperson also added, "he would never condone her being served in such an inappropriate manner.”

A few months later, in August 2022, a judge granted Wilde's request to dismiss Sudeikis' custody petition, keeping the case in California, according to PEOPLE.
Is Wilde dating Harry Styles?
Wilde and Styles first met when the One Direction alum was cast to replace Shia LaBeouf in her movie Don't Worry Darling.
The two were first linked romantically in January 2021, at Styles' manager, Jeff Azoff's small wedding of about 16 people in Montecito, California.
Styles reportedly took Wilde as his plus one and even referred to her as his "girlfriend" in his wedding toast.
Wilde has previously spoken of her delight at landing the pop star for the part which she is also directing – gushing about his “confidence” and willingness to experiment with his gender and appearance.
But pals of the two have revealed their friendship quickly grew into romance after shooting for the film began.
A source exclusively said: “They clicked immediately – they’re both very artistic, passionate people and it was one of those things where straight away everyone could see they had a spark.
“It’s no surprise something has happened, but now they’re quite open about it and out and about as a couple."
While they have maintained a relatively low-key relationship, Wilde was seen dancing with her kids, and Harry's mom at different Love On Tour shows.
She also was spotted at Coachella 2022 in mid-April, cheering on her beau.

Have Wilde and Sudeikis been married?
Wilde was previously married to an Italian aristocrat, Tao Ruspoli, after tying the knot in 2003, but the pair split in 2011.
Sudeikis was married to screenwriter Kay Cannon from 2004 to 2010.
The two were engaged to each other, but they never tied the knot.
