I was on I'm A Celebrity and there's a horrifying reminder that you are being watched each night | The Sun

EX-I'M A Celebrity star Jennie Bond has revealed the weird ways the jungle works – including the biggest telltale signs they're being constantly watched.

The ITV jungle series, which airs its 2022 finale on Sunday, has been running for 20 years, during which time nearly 200 famous UK faces have given the show a try.

Broadcaster Jennie Bond, best known for her work as a Royal correspondent, appeared on the third series back in 2004, placing runner-up to Kerry Katona that year.

And it seems while producers strategically place cameras around the camp to pick up on the action and avoid detection, there are certain signs of the outside world that still seep through.

Speaking to The Sun Online, Jennie said: "You don't see [the cameras] all the time by any means, but if you've got any sort of common sense about you, you know they're there.

"There is actually this sort of rock wall where they hide the camera and they're camouflaged, and at night, sometimes you hear [the crew] they're belching or worse.

"You think, oh, yes, they're there. So you do watch your words."

This year's finale is almost upon us, with Mike Tindall, Jill Scott, Owen Warner and Matt Hancock the final four contestants.

The final elimination will happen on Saturday night, with the final three making their last bid to be crowned king or queen of the jungle on Sunday evening.

Currently, the England Lioness Jill is the favourite to take home the win.

Charlene White, Scarlette Douglas, Sue Cleaver, Boy George, Babatunde Aleshe, Chris Moyles and Seann Walsh have been eliminated so far, with Olivia Attwood having to exit the series after only a day due to medical grounds.

The winner will be taking over the reigning champion spot from Emmerdale actor Danny Miller, who appeared on the 2021 series which, due to Covid restrictions, took place in Wales.

I'm A Celebrity airs weekdays at 9pm on ITV and is available to stream on ITVX.
