Im A Celebritys Janice Dickinson forced to leave show after accident
Janice Dickinson calls Naomi Campbell the ‘biggest b****’ in modelling
In Monday’s upcoming episode of I’m A Celebrity South Africa, the camp gets an important update about Janice Dickinson’s health.
The 68-year-old former model tripped over in camp as she walked to the long drop during the night, it’s revealed on the next episode of the ITV show.
She was seen by the medical team on-site as a precaution and was taken to the local hospital for further tests.
Following the check-up, ITV producers decided it was best for Janice not to return to camp but to rest up instead and focus on her recovery.
During the upcoming episode, campmate Helen Flanagan reads a heartfelt message from Janice to the camp.
Speaking about leaving the camp, Janice shared: “I could have been the one to be second runner up or even win this series because I was just so steadfast and physiological with it.
“I was just waiting and biding my time with it all. I did my fair share of standing up and falling down. Getting my face in the dirt.
“I felt like they could have possibly cleaned my wounds and set me back on my path in there.

“But production made the right decision, in the end, to not send me back in.”
However, Janice said she was “sad it ended that way”, insisting she could have done on further.
Janice appeared in I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! back in 2007, the year the series was won by Christopher Biggins.
When asked how I’m A Celebrity South Africa compared with the Down Under version, she shared: “Every single person in the [South African] camp is completely, 100 per cent authentic and real in all capacity.
“There’s no dodging about behind your back. What you see is what you get. When people look at me, they look at me with genuine affection.”
Will the rest of the camp miss Janice or will some of them who she has clashed with be glad to see her gone?
I’m A Celebrity South Africa continues on Monday at 9pm on ITV and ITVX.
