The mum of five, 44, underwent a second painful foot operation recently following her horrific accident in Turkey back in 2020.
And while she is busy soldiering on with work, her trotters are still clearly causing her discomfort.
The glamour model held her sore-looking feet during a break from her racy shoot.
Katie sported a full face of make-up and a tie dye tracksuit, which kept her covered up before stripping off for some sexy snaps.
The reality star sported blue fluffy mule slippers as she walked around outside the set, before heading indoors to get her glam on.

As she had her make up done, Katie nursed her left foot in her hand.
A closer look at her foot showed painful looking marks where she has had her stitches removed, as well as inflammation from the op.
Katie shared a snap on social media just days ago, showing off her healing but sore tootsies.
The mum-of-five took to social media to reveal the update on her foot as she travelled in a car.

Her foot could be seen with a scar line running from the heel to the ankle where the stitches had been.
Back in December, the former glamour model was seen wearing a bandage on her foot after undergoing another surgery to correct broken bones in both her feet.
She injured herself three years after jumping off a wall on holiday and broke both of her feet as a result.
Last night, Katie enjoyed a pamper session ahead of her OnlyFans shoot, and looked unrecognisable as she slapped on a gooey face mask.
She also flashed her heavily tattooed thighs while showing off a protective cover for her feet which allowed her to shower without getting them wet.
