The mum-of-five has been letting her hair down during the half-term getaway and looked relaxed as she sipped from a coconut in the pool.
She was joined by a male pal, and the pair looked to be having a good conversation in the serene setting.
Katie, 44, was in the Far East as she made a major return to TV screens last night for the second series of her Mucky Mansion show on Channel 4.
The popular renovation programme sees her getting stuck into her dilapidated Sussex home in a bid to restore it to its past glories.
Over the weekend Katie was seen with fiancé Carl Woods, who celebrated turning 34 on the Thai trip.

The mum of five then shared a picture of Bunny with her hair in braids, much like she did when appearing on I'm A Celebrity back in 2004.
She wrote: "Bunny is so adorable and loving her holiday look."
