Kim Kardashian teases role in American Horror Story
Swapping The Kardashians reality series for drama, Kim Kardashian has signed up to feature in a “terrifying role” for Ryan Murphy’s American Horror Story. The businesswoman will be turning her attention to acting as she teams up with Ryan and his long-time collaborator Emma Roberts.
Ryan has already been very vocal about landing Kim for the series and is “thrilled” to have her on board.
He told The Hollywood Reporter: “Kim is among the biggest and brightest television stars in the world and we are thrilled to welcome her to the AHS family.
“Emma and I are excited about collaborating with this true force in the culture.
“Halley Feiffer has written a fun, stylish and ultimately terrifying role especially for Kim, and this season is ambitious and unlike anything we have ever done.”
It’s believed Kim and Ryan began talking about a potential role in the Summer of 2022.
While the American Horror Story team are keeping tight-lipped about Kim’s character, she shared a teaser on her Instagram page.
The mother-of-four shared a clip which read: “Emma Roberts and Kim Kardashian are delicate.”
“AHS12, This Summer,” then flashed up confirming fans won’t have too long to wait to see Kim in action.
Kim captioned the post with the eyes wide open and a droplet of blood emoji.
Her fans were thrilled with the news and rushed to the comments section to share their enthusiasm.
User ToxicVials posted: “KIM IN AMERICAN HORROR STORY? OMG,” while Moira081999 added: “This is the 2023 plot twist I didn’t see coming!!”
_adubbb17 commented: “Omg WHAAAT AHS?! Whatever it is I NEEEED.”
The new series of American Horror Story will lean into source material and is titled Delicate.
It will be based on Danielle Valentine’s upcoming novel Delicate Condition and the plot followed a woman who becomes convinced a sinister figure is going to great lengths to make sure her pregnancy never happens.

This may not be Kim’s acting debut but it certainly marks an important step in her relationship with Disney which produces The Kardashians and American Horror Story.
She follows in the footsteps of other big name stars such as Lady Gaga and Jessica Lange.
Emma’s return to the franchise is also big news as she has been absent from the series for four years.
American Horror Story will return to Disney and FX later this year.
