KIM Kardashian has fans concerned after sharing a bikini snap showing off her extremely thin waist and thigh gap.
The post comes amid similar chatter about sister Khloe Kardashian, who has undergone a major transformation in recent years.
On Monday, the Kardashians star, 41, took to her Instagram Stories to post a video of herself in a white bikini.
In the clip, Kim is seen trying on bikinis from her SKIMS range.
Fans were distracted, however, by the mom of four's slim figure.
Kim zoomed in on her waist at one point, accentuating how small it's gotten in recent months.

She carried on, posting yet another Instagram story in an even tinier swimsuit.
The second style features a plunging waistline.
Kim briefly covered up with a t-shirt-style top but left her waist and bottom on display as she filmed.
"First of all, I love white swimwear. I like to layer it like this," she says in the clip.
Kim's looks have had tongues wagging as of late.
REAL DEAL
The mogul recently received major praise for showing off her natural skin.
In promotional photos for her newest SKKN product, Kim posed in a bathtub, showing off her pores and more.
She ditched her makeup routine and revealed her true face while getting soaked in water.
Not only was Kim bare-faced, but her blonde hair was also uncombed and drenched.
The Hulu star stretched out her wet arms and revealed her rippled underarms.
She pointed the SKINN Oil Drops to the visible pores on her face.
Kim captioned the post: "Brighten, hydrate, and glow with the SKNN Oil Drops" and added a droplet emoji.
In addition to her appearance, fans have been buzzing about as of late.
KIMYE AGAIN?
Earlier this month, Kim sparked rumors that she was back with her ex-husband Kanye West.
She appeared to throw shade at her boyfriend Pete Davidson, who is currently living in Australia where he's filming a movie.
The fashion entrepreneur posted a photo of artwork created by James Turrell, whom Kanye has famously collaborated with.
The artwork shows a variety of blue lights, with a vertical orb in the middle.
Fans were quick to point out the artwork and the connection on a social media forum.
Kim's ex-husband, Kanye, 45 is a big fan of the artist.
The hitmaker's 2019 IMAX film, Jesus is King, was set in a massive art installation created by Turrell.
According to Rolling Stone, Kanye donated $10M to finish the installation.
With Kim posting a photo of Turrell's work, in a blatant snub to her current beau, 28, fans believe this is a telling sign that she and Kanye are getting back together.
This isn't the first sign fans have noticed of a possible reunion.
Kim has also been following Haj, also known as Vizuel, on Instagram.
The artist has collaborated with Kanye and previously uploaded a behind-the-scenes snap from one of the star's projects.
Kardashian fans claimed in an online thread that Kim's following of Ye's collaborator meant they might be "seeing a Kimye reunion soon."
One fan pointed out: "Can't forget Kim's love for Elizabeth Taylor, who famously married Richard Burton twice. We know she loves to emulate an icon."
Kanye recently also "liked" one of Kim's Instagram posts, despite rarely showing a presence on social media.
Kim shares North, nine; Saint, six; Chicago, four; and Psalm, three, with her ex.
Although The Kardashians star was officially declared single on March 2, 2022, their divorce is far from finalized.
