LAUREN Goodger has revealed she's planning to write a book about her baby tragedy after being left "broken" and in "horrendous pain".

The former The Only Way Is Essex star took to her Instagram stories to pour her heart out in an emotional post following the death of her second daughter Lorena.


Lauren, 32, tragically lost her newborn daughter shortly after her birth last month, and was attacked hours after laying her to rest.

The star had been left with a broken eye socket following the alleged attack, with her ex Charles Drury arrested over the incident.

Now, Lauren has opened up about the difficult time on social media, as she vows to write a book detailing the horrific events.

Taking to her Instagram stories, she shared a photo of her first child Larose, one, playing at home as she told fan she was "broken".

"I just want to say thank you all for the support, I am broken," Lauren wrote. "One day I'll write my second book and tell my story, and hopefully it can be someone's survival guide.

"I am strong and I will not stay down, I get back up and keep going."

She continued: "I have goals in this horrendous time of pain and I have made goals, and this time next year, how different life will be."

Lauren also thanked her one-year-old daughter in the post for "getting her out of bed" on the difficult days, and keeping her busy.

Lauren wrote her first book, Secrets of an Essex Girl, in 2013 – detailing her rise to fame and telling all about her "rollercoaster life".

It comes after Lauren revealed she had been left "really ill" and has called in the doctors after her baby daughter Larose got sick.

She wrote to her Instagram followers that she has called in the doctors as she "felt the worst" she had all week.

It hasn't been an easy time for Lauren, who was seen hiding her badly bruised eye in Instagram posts while on a day out with Larose.

The reality TV star was attacked hours after laying her second baby to rest – after Lorena tragically passed away following her birth.

She was previously pictured with a black eye after suffering a broken eye socket following her alleged attack.

In June, the Towie star's second daughter with builder Charles was tragically born with her umbilical cord tied around her neck.

Lauren's daughter Larose turned one two weeks later, and the family buried Lorena on August 5 before the alleged assault.

Charles Drury has since been released on bail following claims he had attacked Lauren at her home.

The reality star also suffered further heartache when ex boyfriend Jack McLean died in a car crash, before attending his funeral last week.
