Love Island fans predict Will and Jessie twist as he makes U-turn after Layla kiss

Love Island viewers have predicted a huge twist for Will Young and Jessie Wynter on the ITV2 show after he made a massive U-turn after kissing Casa Amor bombshell Layla Al-Momani on Tuesday.

During the latest instalment, Will and newcomer Layla got to know each other during a flirty chat on the main villa's terrace.

"You shocked me… You're more chatty than I thought you would be," Layla told Will, to which he admitted: "I feel like I gravitate to you…"

"Yeah same, which is cute!" smiled Layla, as the TikTok farmer cheekily asked: "Does that mean we're going to share a bed then… or?"

The two then leaned in for a passionate smooch on the terrace as Will called himself a "player" with Casey O'Gorman calling his fellow Islander a "naughty boy".

However, just moments after the passionate smooch, Will started to have regrets as he thought about partner Jessie.

Speaking to Casey about how he felt, he said: "Honestly? A little bit guilty. It was really nice in the moment, the chat was really nice, the kiss was nice, really good kisser!

"I accidentally said that I'd share a bed with her tonight… I just live life in the moment to be quite frank. In the moment, it was great…"

Casey then asked if Will regretted the kiss, to which he admitted: "Yes and no… the way it's made me feel, I think really just reiterates how much I do like Jessie."

Later, Will admitted that he had "branched out" but it wasn't for him, adding: "Feel like I've f**ked up big time!"

Viewers now think that history will repeat itself on the show and Will and Jessie could find themselves in a similar situation to Millie Court and Liam Reardon in 2021.

Fans will recall that former Islander Lillie Haynes caused shockwaves on the ITV2 show when she revealed she had a connection with Liam, who had decided to stay with Millie, while in Casa Amor.

The news shook the villa and almost caused Liam and Millie, who had been over the moon that Liam had opted to stick with her, to split. However, they soon overcame the obstacle and later went on to become boyfriend and girlfriend and eventually won the show – they have since sadly split.

Viewers now think the same will happen with Will and Jessie, predicting that the farmer will opt to stay with the Australian Islander but Layla will drop the bombshell that they kissed.

Taking to Twitter, one person said: "Oh God Will and Jessie is gonna be this year’s Millie and Liam aren’t they? #LoveIsland."

A different account put: "Honestly I wouldn’t be surprised if Will sticks with Jessie and we’ll have another Millie and Liam situation where Lillie revealed all at the recoupling #LoveIsland."

Another follower wrote: "This will be a repeat of Millie and Liam, Will will stick with Jesse and she will come back all happy and then the truth will come out #loveisland."

While a different viewer added: "Anyone else think that that Will is gonna go back to Jessie and do what Liam did to Millie? #loveisland."

Love Island airs tonight at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX.
