Love Island fans spot subtle clue Luca and Gemma may have split up already
Love Island viewers are speculating that Gemma Owen and Luca Bish might have already split up after they lost out on the top spot to Ekin-Su Culculoglu and Davide Sanclimenti.
Speculation over which couples will stay together has already begun and fans have spotted some telling signs on social media that runners-up Gemma and Luca could have cooled off their romance already.
Fans spotted that while Luca's Instagram was flooded with pictures of the two of them in the final, Gemma's Instagram account had failed to mention Luca in posts about the finale.

During the final, viewers took to Twitter to question the state of Gemma and Luca’s relationship.
One tweeted: “Does anyone else think Gemma and Luca have secretly split but are keeping a front just in case they win? The face on him!”
Another added: “Have Gemma and Luca split up yet? Doubt they make it back to the UK still together.”
Another questioned: “Do Gemma and Luca even like each other anymore why’s this awkward?”
A fourth said: “Everything about Luca and Gemma is just awkward and uncomfortable.”
Other fans noticed that Gemma’s Instagram account failed to mention Luca in posts about the final, while Luca’s account posted pictures of them both.
“The difference in Luca’s and Gemma’s recent insta posts ohhh they’re already over,” one speculatively claimed.
“Gemma’s team already distancing her from Luca… where’s their runners up pic hey?” questioned a second.
“Whoever runs Gemma's Insta avoids posting Luca so bad,” another wrote
While someone else said: “Her family is posting about just Gemma and not Gemma and Luca on Insta.”
However the "Lemma" shippers were quick to rush to the couple's defence.
"Not sure why Luca and Gemma are getting all this hate. He's a guy who's clearly in love and she's in love too. Just because she's not over the top and in your face about it like others. I truly believe it's genuine," one wrote.
"Luca and Gemma deserved their place and I hope they go on to do big things," another said, while someone else added: "I think Luca and Gemma are genuinely into each other."
On their final date the couple spoke about their future outside the villa.
Luca said: “Even on the outside world, at this time in my life I didn’t think someone would come around and make me feel how you have.”
Gemma replied: “Since I’ve met you, I’m like, you’re more than just a partner. I do genuinely think I've found a best mate in here.”
He added: “Me too. Obviously being here with you, I don’t think I would have had a better date and I am lucky to have you.”
