Love Island first look sees Mitch unable to pick between Abi and Ella B

Love Island drama is set to continue as Mitch remains in a love triangle following the recent recoupling, which saw him couple up with Ella B.

Speaking to Abi, whom he coupled up with following Casa Amor, Mitch says: “My feelings haven’t gone. I was going to pick you.” To which Abi replies: "Actions have consequences."

Mitch says: “Right now, no-one compares to you. As much as I’ve tried, all I’ve thought when I’m cuddling her at night when I’m laid thinking ‘this is forced’. I see a future outside with you, not her. Abi, we’ve got something good. I haven’t got the urge to kiss Ella.”

Later, Mitch is speaking to Ella B and says: “I owe it to myself and I owe it to you to be honest and say I haven’t got a clue what’s going on right now. As much as I like you, I do like Abi and I don’t want to start moving mad – I just want to be natural.”

The next morning, Abi says to Ella B in the dressing room: “I will tell you babe, you do need to speak to Mitch today. You need to speak to him. It’s not great.”

Ella B later grabs Abi for a chat as the pair swap stories on what Mitch has said to them, which could spell trouble for the gas engineer.

As the two women chat, Kady asks Mitch what he thinks they're chatting about, as he simply replies: "Me." Kady then asks: “Who do you want to get in bed with tonight if you could pick?" To which Mitch answers: “Ella.”

Fans have taken to social media to share their thoughts on the Abi/Mitch/Ella B love triangle, as they accuse Mitch of "milking" the attention he's receiving at the moment.

One wrote: "Mitch is milking it now Abi should just tell him to go have the Ella [eye roll emoji] #LoveIsland" while another added: "Mitch is LOVING this. He's been ignored and unwanted for 6 weeks. He's gona milk this love triangle for all it's worth. #LoveIsland"

A third quipped: "Mitch in a love triangle STILL alters my brain chemistry. Bro hasn’t had a shot at love in six weeks. I’m too used to seeing him living up that free holiday at this point #LoveIsland"

Elsewhere in the episode the Snog, Marry, Pie challenge makes a return, as Whitney receives a text, reading: "Islanders. It’s time to lay your feelings on the plate in today’s challenge Snog, Marry, Pie. #NoMoreMrNicePie #MarriageMaterial”

The boys are up first as they each choose a girl to snog, marry and pie. And one decision leaves a girl questioning her connection with her island beau as he opts to snog a former flame.
