Love Island star Ron Hall looks unrecognisable in throwback snaps with pals before stint in the villa | The Sun

NEW Love Island hunk Ron Hall looks unrecognisable as he poses with his pals in drastically different throwback snaps.

The 26 year old from Essex looks worlds away from his current cheeky chappie self in the newly unearthed images.

Ron is a finance worker and it the show's first partially-sighted contestant on the ITV2 dating series.

He was unveiled alongside his fellow Islanders earlier this week after The Sun exclusively revealed that he would be taking part in the show.

These days, charmer Ron looks like the typical Love Island heartthrob, a huge change from his younger days.

The star can be seen sporting a full quiff-style haircut in throwback images from a big night out in 2017.

Ron's cheeky grin beams as he puts his best face forward in the snap with his pals.

In another snap, the loveable lad is seen with the same much-fuller haircut than he has ahead of his stint in the South African villa but proved he's always been a good dresser as he donned a classic white tee and a sharp bomber jacket.

With his looks now up to date, Ron will be hoping to bag the girl of his dreams as he attempts to woo the ladies of the villa.

Ron, 26, lost the sight in his right eye in a footballing accident as a youngster.

Speaking of his sight ahead of entering the show, the hunk said: "On meeting me, you’d never know I am blind in one eye. It was the result of a football injury when I was 8; I went in for a header and got kicked in the face.

"I’ve got two different coloured eyes, one blue and one green. It’s added to my character, there are so many people that are worse off than me. And if anything, losing something like that makes you realise that. It’s not hindered me in any shape or form. It’s a good conversation starter I must admit."
