Love Island’s Mehdi branded ‘totally different person’ as old video resurfaces
Love Island fans have discovered an old clip of singleton Mehdi Edno as you’ve never seen him before.
The French star is currently lighting up our screens as one of the latest batch of singletons to enter the villa.
So far fans have seen him fall flat after the public partnered him up with Ruchee Gurung and failing to form a connection.

The Communications expert has yet to find a meaningful relationship in the villa and some fans believe he’s fallen into the background while others take the lead with their romantic escapades.
But a new video has resurfaced of Mehdi who appears much younger, singing and mouthing along very charismatically to Nicki Minaj hit Anaconda.
He is seen lying in bed shaking head and making flamboyant gestures to the camera as she enthusiastically entertains his followers.
Some fans are surprised by the video, as it seems in stark contrast to the star we’ve seen on TV so far.
Many even dubbed him a “barb” which is the name for the group of devoted fans of the singer.
“OMG this is wild. He seems so different on the show much more reserved,” said one fan.
“Oh snap, Mehdi's bringing the heat to as a BARB! Can't wait to see the drama unfold in the villa with more of THIS!,” penned a second.
“Omg Mehdi just brought the heat to he's a total BARB and I'm here for it,” said a third, while a fourth added: “ok he’s only been in the villa for a few days give him time and we’ll see this side of him come out more.”
Fans were all left worried for Mehdi after he appeared to 'disappear' just days into the brand new series of the programme.
Viewers of the ITV2 dating show were left sharing their concern as he appeared to barely feature on the show.
Mehdi hasn't had the easiest ride in the villa so far after his original partner, Ruchee Gurung, ditched him on night one after declaring there was no connection between the two.

Since then, the contestant has struggled to make any solid connections and has led fans to declare him “missing” over his lack of screen time since.
Writing on Twitter, one fan said: "Why did I forget that Mehdi is still here."
Another joked: "Someone make a missing person poster for Mehdi."
A third penned: "Mehdi is actually missing."
