Mack forced to choose between Charity and Chloe in Emmerdale wedding drama

Emmerdale’s Mackenzie Boyd (Lawrence Robb) will be forced to choose between wife-to-be Charity Dingle (Emma Atkins) and mother of his child Chloe Harris (Jessie Elland) on the day of his wedding.

The popular character, who debuted over two years ago, has found himself in quite the predicament after a one-night-stand with Chloe resulted in her falling pregnant.

Matters were complicated further when Chloe moved into his and Charity’s home, and refused to leave the eponymous village for Scotland, subsequently moving in with sister Amy Wyatt (Natalie Ann Jamieson), where she intends to stay.

Mackenzie, meanwhile, desperately wants to be a dad, but at the same time, he wants to prevent Charity from having her heart broken and therefore he’s hellbent on keeping his baby secret from his wife-to-be, but he finds himself conflicted on the day of his wedding.

As is always the case in Emmerdale, the big day doesn’t run smoothly, with both the bride and the groom ending up in a cell on the day before the ceremony, after Charity’s special gift for Mackenzie, a replica A-Team van, lands them in trouble with the law, with PC Swirling notifying the pair that the vehicle was involved in a robbery.

To further complicate things, Chloe goes into labour during a pamper session with Sarah Sugden (Katie Hill), resulting in her ending up in hospital.

Charity and Mack, meanwhile, are released from captivity, but the couple are heartbroken to realise they are too late to get hitched.

Or so they think.

The A-Team van arrives outside the station, with PC Swirling in the drivers seat, as the policeman makes it his mission to get the happy couple to the church on time.

Upon setting foot back in the village, however, Mack will find himself with a choice to make, after Sarah notifies him of Chloe having gone into labour.

The young man subsequently tells Charity he has somewhere he needs to be, leaving her in shock, concerned that the wedding will be ruined.

Chloe, meanwhile, is delighted when a mystery character arrives at the hospital to offer support. But is it Mack?

Has he chosen Chloe and their baby over his beloved Charity? Will the wedding go ahead?
