MAFS UK fans slam immature Jordan as experts spot sign he wants Chanita back

Fans of Married At First Sight slammed Jordan Emmett-Connelly as "immature" after he and Chanita Stephenson revealed their break-up in the penultimate episode of the E4 show.

It was revealed that the pair are no longer a couple despite renewing their vows, as Jordan told a heartbroken Chanita that he didn't want to continue with the relationship.

After they came face to face on tonight's episode, Chanita became emotional as the pair discussed the breakdown of their relationship and calling Jordan out for the way he ended things.

But while the duo are no longer together, the MAFS UK experts spotted one sign that all might not be lost.

Before they all sat down for a meal, Duka Cav, who was with Whitney Hughes before she left him for Matt Murray, started flirting with Chanita, which seemed to irk Jordan.

Jordan came over and sat himself between them, marking his territory as he touched Chanita's knee and said he was "devastated" about the breakup.

Duka could then be seen telling him: "One man's trash is another man's treasure," before quipping: "Ain't that right, Chan?"

Some fans of the show took to Twitter to vent their frustrations about Jordan, with many deeming him "immature".

One tweeted: "Chanita spitting nothing but facts Jordan was immature.

Another wrote: "What a shame for Chanita and Jordan. IMHO he was just too immature to be married. Chanita deserves better. She has such a good heart."

A third tweeted: "Chanita is 100% right. Jordan is immature and completely wrong for her. She deserves more," as a fourth wrote: "Chanita is going to be fine. She sensed Jordan couldn't handle a serious relationship but she took a chance. He's the loser in this.

Another thought there might be hope of them reuniting as they wrote: "IMHO Chanita and Jordan might get a second chance together one day. They obviously fancy and care about each other. He just needs to grow up."

Someone seconded the notion, writing: "I think Jordan & Chanita still have strong feelings for each other."

The MAFS experts on the show were quick to spot Jordan's jealousy, as Charlene Douglas said: "Jordan didn't even do that very subtly.

"It was like…t he jealousy was just there, and the insecurity, and he just went right in the middle."

The episode ended with a teaser which saw the experts question if the experiment's one-time golden couple could get back together. However, their hopes were met with fury from fans.

One tweeted: "Why are the experts still rooting for Chanita and Jordan? His true colours have been shown this evening and Chanita deserves better."

Another wrote: "Why they trying to force Jordan and Chanita together."
