MARRIED At First Sight viewers watched through their fingers last night as April Banbury revealed plans to move in with show husband George Roberts prior to his arrest for alleged coercive control.
We revealed earlier this week that police are investigating the dad-of-four, 40, over allegations of harassment and coercive control in past relationships.
Unaware of the claims when last night's episode was filmed, April spoke highly of the pair's relationship and even hinted she was ready to move out of London to live with him.
Viewers wished they could go back in time to warn her and said it was uncomfortable to watch.
One wrote on Twitter: "I feel for April knowing George messed with her head so much she said she’d move her life from London."
A second posted: "It’s so awkward watching George and April now. Knowing what we know."

Another said: "April must be fully cringing watching this back. Poor girl."
George's arrest comes after The Sun told how three of his ex-girlfriends had raised concerns after spotting him on a trailer for the series.
Other women have now come forward and raised their own concerns, one source has claimed.
Financial adviser Roberts, a dad of four, denies any wrongdoing.

The Met Police said: “A 40-year-old man was arrested in Worcestershire on Thursday, September 29, on suspicion of controlling and coercive behaviour.
"He was taken to a police station and bailed pending further enquiries.”
The decision by show bosses to continue with the pre-recorded show, which airs every weeknight, raised eyebrows with the women involved.
They include April Banbury, 33, the former Ms Great Britain he was married to on the show in a non-legally binding ceremony.
A source close to her told the Sun: “April is having a very difficult time at the moment. She doesn’t want to ever see him again.”
Another insider explained: “This has been rumbling on for a while but now the police are involved, so many involved in the show thought surely they would have to pull it off air — or at the very least re-edit it.
“This has become a nightmare for the network, who didn’t know about allegations in his past before.”
It is feared that by continuing to air shows with Mr Roberts in, Channel 4 bosses are promoting a positive image of him, making him potentially attractive to other women, while police regard the allegations as serious enough to arrest him.
April hinted online last weekend that the relationship was now over.

She wrote: “The traumas that have been brought on from this show have made me re-evaluate things. I’m not ashamed to admit, I’ve been seeing a therapist.”
Charity Women’s Aid said the entertainment industry should send a clear message that any allegation of domestic abuse must be thoroughly investigated. Channel 4 did not comment.
