Neighbours spoilers – wedding drama, Ramsay Street on market and huge returns

Australian soap Neighbours is set to air for the final time on Friday, July 29, in a special double episode airing on Channel 5 in the UK.

With fans preparing to say goodbye to Erinsborough forever, it appears they aren't the only ones, as finale spoilers have revealed that the houses of Ramsay Street look set to be put on the market.

In recent weeks we've seen a whole host of characters come and go, with some leaving for new lives in completely different continents before the soap finally draws to a close.

From wedding drama to familiar faces returning, fans are sure to be both delighted and devastated by the turn of events after a whirlwind year.

Susan's revenge

It all kicks off on Monday with Izzy, as Susan refuses to be pushed around by her any longer and decides to set the wheels of her own plan moving.

Izzy, meanwhile, has a run-in with a former Ramsay Street resident – Shane Ramsay – in a huge twist, and soon gets wind of Susan's plan – but in true Izzy style, refuses to take it lying down.

Susan insists Malcolm choose between her and Izzy, and to her dismay, he chooses Izzy. But has Susan made a horrible error?

Later, she has another chance encounter with Shane, and, dazzled by his incredible wealth, ends up crossing a line.

Karl and Susan soon discover that Izzy has been up to her usual tricks behind Mal's back, and get ready for a confrontation – but Izzy's next move leaves everyone shaken.

Meanwhile, a returning Harold asks Karl and Susan to be the custodians of the history book. But faced with her beloved friends fleeing Erinsborough, Susan struggles to cope with her feelings.

Nicolette moves to New York?

Izzy isn't the only one with a shock visitor next week, as Chloe is left reeling from another new arrival, worried it's just too good to be true. Juggling several major life decisions, she decides to take things slowly to ensure she's making the right choice.

Her old flame Nicolette is also struggling with change, as Jane finds Byron giving Clive the watch he left behind at Danielle's place and berates them both.

Byron is quick to set her straight, urging her to work things out with Clive – before dropping yet another bombshell on his mum.

Meanwhile, Jane's disapproval of her son stirs up a few old grudges for Nicolette, and mother and daughter are quickly back at odds. With so much change going on, Nicolette is left wondering where the future will take her.

But Jane is left upset when she discovers Nicolette plans to ship out to New York, fearing she has driven her away by acting like Mrs Mangel.

Later, Clive makes one last desperate gesture to try and win Jane back. But his efforts are thwarted by the arrival of one Mike Young…

Jane is busy giving Mike a tour of all the Ramsay Street houses before they finally go under the hammer at auction. And as old feelings stir up Clive's jealousy leads to an incredibly shocking confession…

Wedding drama

Melanie and Toadie's wedding plans are going ahead, and the happy couple are excited for the big day. But soon, memories of their past they're both struggling to come to terms with hit.

Toadie then realises he needs to make a bold gesture to his wife-to-be if they're going to look forward to the future together instead.

Later, Toadie is visited by an old friend who's desperate to wish him the best for his nuptials – but they soon learn about his estrangement from Amy.

The couple are both thrilled, though, when Callum arrives to watch them wed. The only thing missing is Amy – but will her return bring closure for the pair, or only more chaos?

With the big day finally underway, friends and family gather for Toadie and Melanie's wedding – and Ramsay Street has a heavy dose of magic left for them all.

Paul and Terese reunite

Both packing to move away, Terese and Paul are once again thrown together in each other's orbits. A surprise discovery, however, leaves Terese overwhelmed and ready to explode at Glen.

Glen, meanwhile, continues to struggle with Terese's allegiance to Paul. And despite her efforts to reassure him, he comes to a very painful realisation.

As Toadie and Melanie's wedding finally kicks off, Terese and Paul decide to confront their unresolved feelings…

Elsewhere, Lucy is left thrilled when Chris and Annie ship in from New York. With the Robinson family reunion underway, Leo decides to move to the US with David and Paul.

Neighbours airs weekdays at 1:45pm and 6pm, with the finale airing at 9pm.
