Phillip Schofield breaks social media silence after This Morning 'queue-jump' row | The Sun
PHILLIP Schofield has finally broken his social media silence after the This Morning "queue-jump" row earlier this month.
The TV presenter – who had come off social media in the wake of the backlash – shared a snap of some flowers to his Instagram followers.
Phillip, 60, had taken time out from Instagram following accusations he and his co-host Holly Willoughby had jumped the queue across London to see the Queen lying in state.
The presenting pair were hit with a wave of backlash, including a petition with over 75,000 signatures to see them sacked.
Holly, 41, and Phil, have vehemently denied any wrongdoing after they were seen entering Westminster Hall using their media passes.
However, furious fans forced the pair to take a step back from Instagram – with Phil only making a return today, two weeks later.

He posted a bunch of bright yellow sunflowers to his three million Instagram followers, as he thanked his supporters.
"Sunflowers always make me smile, thank you," Phil captioned the post – as he turned off comments as backlash continues.
He also shared a snap of himself alongside fellow This Morning co-stars Gok Wan and Gino D'Acampo on the set of the ITV show.
"Love these guys," Phil posted, as he beamed towards the camera for a selfie, with Gok, 48, and Gino, 46, behind him.

It comes after a petition for Holly and Phil to go is gaining momentum despite an on-air apology last week.
The pair did a segment addressing online claims they were “too posh to queue” in Westminster Hall last Friday.
Speaking over a montage of people lining to see the coffin, Holly said they went in as accredited broadcasters, adding: “It was strictly for the purpose of reporting on the event for millions who weren’t able to visit in person.”
Ofcom said the complaints were related to Philip and Holly's explanation of their prior broadcast from Westminster Hall during the mourning period for Queen Elizabeth II.
Viewers were left disappointed and took to social media to slam the presenting duo after their apology, calling it "disgraceful".

“If there isn’t one and there is no footage of them in the hall they didn’t need to be in there.”
