Question of Sport viewers fume What have BBC done?
Paddy McGuinness introduces Question of Sport guests
Viewers tuned into Question of Sport ripped into the show once again as it returned for another new episode.
The BBC staple sparked a huge backlash in 2021 when it was announced Sue Barker, Phil Tufnell and Matt Dawson would be replaced on the quiz show.
Friday’s new episode saw host Paddy McGuinness fronting the show again with team captains Sam Quek and Ugo Monye going head-to-head with the help of their teammates.
This week, Sam had help from cricketer Alex Hartley and footballer Curtis Davies.
Ugo, meanwhile, was joined by retired sprinter Mark Lewis-Francis and cyclist Beth Shriever.
However, it seems fans still haven’t moved on from the revamp of the classic show.
As well as a panel replacement, the show’s format and appearance were also changed, and it seems some just can’t get used to the alterations.
Many took to social media on Friday night asking what the BBC had “done”.

Responding to a throwback tweet, @philipaston44 added: “The proper, golden age of A Question of Sport. When they rebooted it, it became They Think It’s All Over.”
“I grew up watching A Question of Sport with Coleman as host. Far better than the modern-day hosts,” @StevenTrevor penned.
However, some tuned in did seem to be enjoying the show, with @WendWarren showing some enthusiasm, sharing: “@QuestionofSport C’mon team Sam #dcfc.”
Question of Sport continues on Friday at 7.30pm on BBC One.
