ROD Stewart's son has been rushed to hospital and put in a neck brace after a terrifying road collision.
Sean Stewart, 42, who is the rocker's son with first wife Alana, took to his Instagram page to post a sorry picture from the hospital ward.
Sean was seen wearing a face mask and hospital gown, with the yellow plastic brace supporting his neck.
He explained in his caption: "I got hit by a truck at a red light.
"Hard out here on these streets."
Maggie May singer Rod, 77, has four sons and four daughters by five mothers. His first child was born when he was 18.

Previously, Sean starred in American reality show Sons of Hollywood and currently has his own clothing line.
Sean was seen fooling around with a Playboy model as he shot images for a previous fashion campaign for his brand.
He has admitted in the past to being "a bit of a bad boy."
He spent 90 days in prison in 2002 for a bar fight in Malibu and has spoken openly about his drug addiction – but then turned his life around as a reality star with sister Kimberley in E! show Stewarts and Hamiltons.

Previously, Sean blamed a security guard for causing a ruckus involving him and his rockstar dad.
Back in 2020, Sean claimed Jessie Dixon, 33, “was being very aggressive” before Rod allegedly punched him in the ribs at the James Bond-themed fantasy ball.
Jessie told the police that Sean went “nose-to-nose” with him and “shoved” him backwards at the “Diamonds are Forever”.
Sean claimed he was just standing up for his family in the set-to at the five-star Breakers Palm Beach resort in Florida.
Rod had happily posed with punters after arriving for the annual extravaganza where guests enjoyed caviar, lobster, king crab and steak washed down with champagne.
