BBC's Saturday Kitchen saw ex EastEnders star Nina Wadia complain about her least favourite food – prompting a cheeky response from Matt Tebbutt.

As Matt welcomed Nadia onto the show, he asked one question he regularly asks guests as he requested people vote for Nina's food heaven or food hell.

Nina kicked off the show with an explanation of her food heaven, which she described as sea food, while her food hell was things like pork belly or other food items filled with fat.

Nina said: "My food heaven, I love king prawns, this fantastic vegetable I've discovered called Samphire, so I'm excited about that.

"My food hell I'm not happy about and not excited so it better not come my way, pork belly. Anything with fat on it, I can't deal. I just can't. It's disgusting – and anchovies! No no no."

Matt then labelled off the two potential dishes he would be making – which featured Nina's food heaven and food hell, but told the viewers at home they needed to vote.

The toss-up was between a seafood supper or marinated pork belly, but as Matt started explaining the pork, Nina immediately shouted, "Oh no!"

Matt cheekily responded: "Let me finish!" before he continued to explain what he would be whipping up.

From the looks of the tweets for the show, it looks like Nadia might not be too happy with the meal at the end of the episode.

    One person simply wrote: "Pork."

While another said: "I voted hell because I don't like prawns, sorry Nina."

Nina also appeared on the show to explain a new reality show she's taking part in titled B&B By The Sea.

The BBC One show sees various celebs acquire new skills and spend some time in a tranquil destination, with Nina's debut set to air imminently.

Saturday Kitchen airs every Saturday at 10am.
