Spoilers: Nick's deep sadness as Sam dates Hope in Coronation Street

Nick Tilsley (Ben Price) is starting to really realise the error of his ways in Coronation Street as he learns some news about his son, Sam Blakeman (Jude Riordan).

Nick was thrown out of his flat a few weeks ago by Sam and Leanne (Jane Danson) after they learnt about his involvement in Damon’s (Ciaran Griffiths) plan.

Damon was working at the bistro for a few months after Nick accepted money from Harvey (Will Mellor), which turned out to be his sibling’s.

As a result, it meant Nick became aware that Damon was dealing drugs through the deliveries, but he couldn’t tell Leanne, as that would’ve meant she knew he took dodgy money from the man who made their lives hell.

When Sam discovered his dad had made a deal with Harvey – the bloke who killed his mum, he was heartbroken and told him that it’s best if he moves out for a while.

Coming up, when Tyrone (Alan Halsall) reveals that Sam and Hope (Isabella Flanagan) are now an item, Nick’s reminded of how much he misses his son.

As Hope and Sam set off to the cinema for their first ever date, Sarah (Tina O’Brien) gets an idea when Nick admits that neither his son nor wife want anything to do with him.

But will it be enough?

Can Nick reunite with Leanne and Sam?
