Strictly Come Dancing launch date STILL hanging in the balance as BBC debates pushing show back | The Sun

STRICTLY Come Dancing's launch is still hanging in the balance with the BBC not confirming when it will air.

The special show – which previews the new series – was due to air on Saturday, but schedules are still being hastily rearranged.

The Sun understands even the celebs haven't been told if it is being shown on Saturday September 17.

The death of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II – who peacefully passed away at Balmoral on Thursday – has caused much of BBC's schedule to be cleared.

As the UK continues its period of mourning following Queen Elizabeth's death aged 96 – significant broadcasting changes have been made across telly.

Over on ITV Loose Women, Dickinson's Real Deal, Tenebale, Tipping Point and The Chase have been replaced today with an ITV News special.
