Tipping Point fans left in hysterics as contestant makes embarrassing blunder | The Sun

TIPPING Point fans were left laughing as one contestant made a seriously embarrassing error.

Ben Shephard was back on hand to welcome four more hopefuls in a bid to win some cash.

Amongst the players taking on the slot machine today were John, Annelise, Kate and Kealan.

Despite being the last contestant standing by the end of the programme, John found himself making a cringe-inducing blunder as he tackled one of the questions during the programme.

It appeared John had a significant lack of UK geographical knowledge as he have an off the mark answer to one of the questions Ben posed to him.

Host Ben asked: "The district of Splott is located in which UK capital city?"

With capital city being included in the question it would seem John would have a very strong chance at getting the correct answer due to the limited number of them.

However John appeared to go rogue and suggested a city that didn't have capital status as his answer.

John answered: "Birmingham."

With the correct answer being Cardiff, the capital of Wales, fans were left both fuming and in hysterics at John's huge blunder for not guessing a capital city.
