TEEN Mom Cheyenne Floyd has sparked concern for her health as she shared a cryptic photo and a message about her "worst" moments.
Cheyenne, 29, has been counting down the days to her wedding day with her fiancé, Zach Davis.
In an Instagram Story, the Teen Mom OG star shared an image of her most recent tweet.
The MTV alum tweeted: "Zach Davis has seen me at my worst and vulnerable moments."
She thanked her partner for "loving me this past few weeks," which "haven't been easy."
Cheyenne gushed about how she "got him forever."

Cheyenne and Zach have scheduled their wedding date for September 29th, 2022.
Cheyenne shares her son Ace, who was born Ace in May 2021, with her fiancé Zach Davis.
The couple was seen dating during her debut season of the reality show.
She also shares her 5-year-old daughter with her ex Cory Wharton.
Cory, 31, is also the father of his 1-year-old daughter Mila with girlfriend Taylor Selfridge, 27.
In June, Taylor and Cory welcomed her newborn daughter Maya Grace Wharton, who was born with a form of congenital heart disease.
ZACH'S LEGAL TROUBLES
At the beginning of July, Zach Davis recently pleaded not guilty to the five charges against him.
The not guilty plea comes after his 2020 DUI arrest and a hearing in Los Angeles.
The Ashley Reality Roundup first reported that the reality TV star had a private attorney on his behalf at a pretrial hearing on Wednesday, June 29th, according to a court clerk.
He was charged with five counts: Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol (DUI), Driving with a Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC) of 0.08% or more, Driving with a License That’s Been Suspended/Revoked Due to DUI, Driving with a License That’s Been Suspended/Revoked For Refusing a Chemical Test or Excessive BAC, and Knowingly Driving with a Suspended/Revoked License.
