The Walking Dead fans have been prepared for the end for quite some time and now, and it has almost arrived. AMC revealed back in September 2020 that season 11 would be its final season, and while there are plenty of spin-offs to keep the universe alive, it will still be difficult to see the original zombie drama come to a close. Here’s everything you need to know about watching The Walking Dead season 11, episode 17.

What time will The Walking Dead season 11, episode 17 be out?
The wait is over as The Walking Dead’s season 11 part three is ready to begin.
Episode 17 will be airing on the American network AMC and AMC+ on Sunday, October 2, at 9pm ET.
The same instalment is going to be out at the same moment on the streaming service Disney+ in the UK.
But the time itself will differ as the UK is in a different time zone to the USA.
For Disney+ subscribers, episode 17 is going to make its debut on Monday, October 3, at 2am BST.
As many fans already know, season 11 consists of 24 episodes in total, split into three parts.
The first eight aired from August to October 2021 and the second from February to April 2022.
Part three will start on October 2, with a new episode airing every week in the same timeslot.
As long as there are no last-minute delays to the schedule, the final ever episode of The Walking Dead will be out on Sunday, November 20, on AMC and AMC+.
Events are going to pick up from what happened in the midseason finale when all of the communities were taken over by Lance Hornsby (played by Josh Hamilton).
All of the show’s survivors are dotted in different locations in the first two parts of season 11.
But with the end looming, they are bound to come together again for one final battle against the Commonwealth.

The first episode of season 11 part three will simply be entitled Lockdown.
Its description reads: “Daryl and Negan rush to the commonwealth to stop Hornsby from going after their families.
“Pamela deals with protesters demanding justice for Sebastian’s crimes.
“Mercer needs Rosita’s help to fight a swarm. Directed by Greg Nicotero and written by Julia Ruchman.”
While the journey for The Walking Dead is at an end, there are still a number of spin-offs.
These include Tales of the Walking Dead, The Walking Dead: Dead City as well as Fear of the Walking Dead.
There are also plans for a spin-off with Rick (Andrew Lincoln) and Michonne (Danai Gurira) and another with Daryl (Norman Reedus) which sees him in France.
The Walking Dead season 11 continues every Sunday on AMC in the USA and Disney+ in the UK.
