THIS Morning Vernon Kay was caught out arriving late on set before an interview with singers Tom Jones and Anne-Marie.
The presenter, 48, was seen fiddling with his mic as he tried to reattach it to his T-shirt when the show came back on air.
He had made a quick dash to the loo during the advert break – but was delayed when he bumped into a pal.
The Voice stars Tom and Anne-Marie were sat on the couch waiting as Rochelle Humes introduced them to the show.
Turning to flustered Vernon, Rochelle asked: "Are you OK?"
She added: "He has a little loo break, I'm going to be honest."

Vernon explained: "No, I'm not OK, sorry. I bumped into a friend."
"Course he did," said Rochelle.
"Right, your mic's back on, welcome back to the show."
"It's back on. Oh it's quite wonky," laughed Vernon.
The pair then launched into an interview about the series return of The Voice.

And in a show shake-up this year, contestants will face a new round called The Callbacks in their attempt to secure a recording contract with Universal’s label Umod.
