Tipping Point fans all spotted the same strange detail about a repeated episode on Tuesday afternoon (March 28).

Ben Shephard was at the helm of the arcade-themed quiz show for the second time this week, with the Good Morning Britain favourite welcoming four players to the studio.

Leam, Issy, Sara and Martyn took on the infamous machine where they dropped tokens down a choice of four chutes with the hopes of winning a £10,000 jackpot.

But it wasn't the quiz show that left viewers flocking to the programme's hashtag, instead it was one strange detail.

All four of the podiums were spaced out more than usual, with one further back, one more in front and then the next two spaced the same as the last two.

The odd layout of the studio only meant one thing – and viewers were quick to point out why.

"Tipping Point works its way through the repeats. We're on the COVID episodes now.

"Might see the plastic screens on The Chase later," wrote one viewer.

A second person then added: "One of those weird four contestant socially distancing COVID episodes of Tipping Point."

"Covid-19 episode of Tipping Point. Repeat," echoed a third.

While a fourth person asked fellow viewers using the hashtag: "What's going on with the layout?" to which someone replied: "Covid episode."
