Tipping Point fans distracted by player's annoying habit – but did you spot it? | The Sun

TIPPING Point viewers were left distracted by the "strange noises" a contestant was making throughout a recent episode.

Ben Shephard was back on Tuesday afternoon with another set of hopefuls ready to win a £10,000 cash prize.

Throughout the episode, fans were quick to notice constant "oohing" sounds coming from one of the contestants – but were unable to identify who they came from.

Multiple comments surfaced regarding the noises as they drowned out the majority of Ben's commentary.

Taking to Twitter, one person penned: "There’s some strange noises coming from one of the contestants when they play the machine."

Echoing their comments, someone else said: "There seem to be a lot of background noises on Tipping Point once again."

Through the process of elimination, viewers were able to pinpoint it was contestant Lisa as the source as, after her elimination, they ceased to be heard.

Tuesday afternoon's star player was Mike, who dominated the Tipping Point machine, making it all the way to the final and taking home a cash prize of £10,000.

Earlier this month, Tipping Point fans were left baffled after they spotted another format shake-up on the game show.

The programme underwent a major change earlier this year when the contestants were reduced from four to three.

In addition, the second round was altered so the three contestants were given 45 seconds each instead of the previous 30.

Tipping Point airs weekdays at 4pm on ITV and the ITV Hub.
