Tipping Point viewers claimed they were “not watching anymore” after a “lovely” player got the boot.

The hit ITV gameshow was back on TV screens on Tuesday (June 6) as host Ben Shephard welcomed three new players onto the show.

As fans tuned in for the primetime programme, the GMB host introduced contestants Mya, Ritin and Bev before they battled it out to take bag some serious cash.

And it’s fair to say Mya’s appearance on the show left fans hot under the collar – with plenty rushing to Twitter to share their thoughts.

But when it came to Mya’s attempt to take on the machine – it appears it was not her lucky day as she was eventually booted out.

And fans were not too happy either, with one person fuming: “I'm not watching now Mya is out.”

“Lovely lass. Unlucky,” said someone else, while a third quipped: “Come on Mya,” followed by a love heart eye emoji.

“Mya yes let’s get behind her to clear her student loan,” said another viewer.

A fifth social media user replied to that tweet and said: “You're talking about the woman I love (for today anyway)”

Viewers were riled up even more though when Mya was revealed to be taking home a mere hanging chair for her mystery prize.

“Really rubbish mystery prize,” fumed one person on Twitter.

    Another raged: “A F***ING CHAIR?!!”

“Sh*t mystery prize going straight on eBay klaxon!” proclaimed a third person.

It was Bev though who managed to beat out the rest of her competition – and bagging a place in the rather tense final.

Hoping to do Route 66 with her winnings, Bev took on the infamous machine for one last time, hoping to score at least £1500.

However, the self-proclaimed "rocker" stumbled on her last question, and coin, and ultimately got it wrong.

But it wasn't all bad news for Bev, as she decided to stick with the £2400 she had already racked up.
