Khloe Kardashian and Tristan have had an on-and-off relationship for a number of years.

The pair were first rumored to be seeing each other in September 2016, when they were both spotted leaving Bootsy Bellows nightclub in Los Angeles within minutes of each other.

The couple shares two children together: a daughter, True, and a son welcomed via surrogate together.

Here's a timeline of their romance and subsequent break-up:

• On Halloween 2016 the pair were more open with their budding relationship and put on a racy display on social media when they partied together.
• They officially confirmed their relationship shortly after Khloe's divorce from husband, Lamar Odom, had finally been settled at the end of 2016.
• She confirmed her first pregnancy with Thompson's child in 2017.
• And on April 12, 2018, she gave birth to a baby girl with Tristan by her side.
• On April 16, 2018, Khloe revealed she had called her baby, True.
• On May 10, 2018, Tristan talked about his baby daughter for the first time.
• On February 21, 2019, it was reported that they had split up after he "made-out" with Jordyn Wood.

• On March 13, 2020, Khloe shared a picture of herself with Tristan, and True on Instagram wishing him a happy birthday, insisting that "they came out even stronger" than they were before their cheating scandal.
• In March 2020, the pair decided to live together during the Covid-19 pandemic in order to better co-parent their daughter and decided to give a romantic relationship another try shortly after beginning their isolation.
• In October 2020, Khloe revealed on Keeping Up With The Kardashians that she had coronavirus and Tristan was caring for True meanwhile she was recovering.
• On Keeping Up With The Kardashians in May 2021, it was revealed Khloe and Tristan wanted to try for another baby. The pair created embryos together after the reality star was told by doctors it would “not be smart” if she carried her second pregnancy due to being “high risk.
• In May 2021, Sydney claimed Tristan had cheated on Khloe after their reconciliation.
• In June 2021, a model named Kimberly Alexander repeatedly claimed Tristan is the father of her son and "faked" a DM from Khloe threatening to sue her.
• In June 2021: Maralee Nichols claimed she was pregnant with Tristan's child and reveals she would be suing him for child support.
• In January 2022: Tristan's paternity test comes out positive and he apologizes to Khloe after confirming that he fathered a son with Nichols.
• In July 2022: Kardashian announced she was expecting a second child with Thompson via surrogate. Their baby boy was born on July 28.

Lani Blair

In 2018, Tristan was accused of cheating on Khloe with model Lani Blair while Khloe was pregnant with their first child.

Days before Khloe went into labor, Tristan was photographed kissing Blair at a rooftop bar in New York.

The professional athlete was spotted at the Four Seasons with the petite brunette.

Video footage also emerged of the pair going into the hotel together.

Witnesses told PageSix that the NBA star and the explicit dancer spent around four hours inside the hotel before leaving together with Tristan wearing a different outfit. 

At the time, a witness said: "They were holding each other and it was so obvious.

"Everybody knew who he was. We talked about it and everybody watched them make out several times."

Jordyn Woods

Jordyn Woods is a model and entrepreneur.

The model, born September 23, 1997, used to be the longtime friend and roommate of Kylie Jenner, but she was kicked out of their shared home after she admitted to kissing Tristan.

Since the fallout with her former BFF and the rest of the Kardashian-Jenner family, Jordyn has moved on to a new Los Angeles home.

In February 2020, Jordyn opened up about the feud and appeared to throw shade at Kylie in an interview with Forbes Women.

She admitted to the 2019 scandal: "When everything happened to me, I had a reality check of what really matters in my life.

"I learned that if you can find peace within yourself, you don’t need validation from anything or anyone.

"It’s really about being content with who you are when you go to sleep at night. That is true success to me."

Sydney Chase

Sydney Chase is a popular Instagram model with over 200k followers.

She also has an active OnlyFans account.

Sydney is close friends with former American Idol contestant, Erika Perry.

She made an appearance on the YouTube podcast No Jumper hosted by Adam 22 on April 23, 2021, appearing alongside her friend Perry, and their other gal pals, Hayden Reilly and Richelle Vega.

During their time on the podcast, Adam 22 and the four women discussed Sydney's claims that she had hooked up with Khloe's baby daddy, Tristan, in late 2020.

Maralee Nichols

On December 3, 2021, it was reported that Tristan was allegedly expecting a third child with Texas fitness model, Maralee Nichols.

In December 2021, she gave birth to her son, Theo.

On January 3, 2022, Tristan confirmed that paternity test results showed he was the father of Maralee's child.

Tristan has since apologized to Khloe for humiliating her.
