THEY’RE the most beautiful women in the world – and have millions in the bank.

But who’s the richest Victoria’s Secret angel?


The underwear brand put its annual fashion show on ice in 2019 after 24 years, amid claims it was not representative enough.

But it’s returning this year, and is set to be more celebratory of diversity and body inclusivity.

Bosses have ditched traditional angels for a more inclusive "collective", which includes trans models Valentina Sampaio and Emira D’Spain, plus-sized model Paloma Elsesser, and the first star with Down’s Syndrome, Sofia Jirau.

And they could be in for a bumper pay cheque if these Angels are anything to go by. Here we reveal the richest of the lot…

Gisele Bundchen – $400m (£332m) 

Gisele, 42, was a Victoria’s Secret Angel from 1999 until she quit in 2006, claiming: “As time went on, I felt less and less at ease being photographed walking the runway wearing just a bikini or a thong”.

Since signing her original $25 million (£20.8m) contract with the underwear brand, the Brazilian supermodel has appeared on more than 1,200 magazine covers, and starred in films and TV shows including The Devil Wears Prada.

She has been one of the highest-paid models in the world since 2001.

Gisele was married to American football player Tom Brady for 13 years until they split last year – but her reported $400m (£332m) fortune is separate from his own $250m (£208.1m) pot.

Heidi Klum – $160m (£133.2m)

Heidi, 49, was the first German model to become a Victoria’s Secret Angel in 1998, and stayed with the brand until 2010.

She went on to work with numerous brands including H&M and Volkswagen, but it was her TV work that earned her more.

She became the host and judge of Germany’s Next Top Model and reality show Project Runway, earning her multiple Emmy awards.

She has also been a judge on America’s Got Talent since 2013.

As well as her TV work, much of her $160m fortune is down to her clothing brand, Heidi Klum Intimates.

In 2017 she signed a fashion deal with Lidl, collaborating on "high-end, yet affordable fashion" collections.

Adriana Lima – $95m (£79.1m)

Adriana Lima, 41, was Victoria’s Secret’s longest-running Angel, having been there from 1999 to 2018.

In In 2012, Lima was listed fourth on the Forbes top-earning models list, after she netted an estimated $7.3m in one year, and in 2017 she was named "the most valuable Victoria's Secret Angel".

The Brazilian bombshell has also worked with countless brands including Desigual and Calzedonia.

She is currently an ambassador for IWC, Puma, Maybelline and Chopard.

Adriana has also appeared in a few TV shows including Ugly Betty, and TV adverts for Super Bowl and Kia Motors.

Tyra Banks – $90m (£74.9m)

Tyra Banks became Victoria’s Secret’s first black model when she was recruited in 1995.

The 49-year-old was an angel for 10 years before she left in 2005 to focus on her mega-successful TV series America’s Next Top Model, which went on to run for 24 series.

Capitalising on her TV success, Tyra had her own show, The Tyra Banks Show, from 2005 to 2010.

She also hosted America’s Got Talent in 2017, and Dancing With The Stars in 2010.

Alessandra Ambrosio – $80m (£66.6m)

Alessandra Ambrosio, 41, was a Victoria’s Secret Angel from 2000, and was chosen as the first spokesmodel for the company's PINK range.

As well as the lingerie brand, Alessandra has modelled for the likes of Christian Dior, Armani and Ralph Lauren, and is estimated by Forbes to earn $6.6 million (£5.5m) every year.

In 2017, Alessandra left Victoria’s Secret to focus on her swimsuit line Ale by Alessandra, her family and her acting career, having starred in Daddy’s Home 2 alongside Mark Wahlberg and Mel Gibson.

Miranda Kerr – $60m (£49.9m)

Miranda Kerr, 39, replaced Gisele as the head Victoria’s Secret Angel in 2007.

However in 2013, the Australian beauty lost her contract amid rumours she was difficult to work with. 

She later insisted she left because she couldn’t commit enough time to the brand.

She's since launched skincare business Kora Organics – which has been valued in the billions – and the Miranda Kerr Home collection, Love. Joy. Bliss. 

While Miranda is worth $60 million, it’s nothing compared to her Snapchat CEO husband Evan Spiegel, who has a whopping $2.7 billion (£2.2bn) fortune.

Doutzen Kroes – $35m (£29.1m)

Doutzen Kroes, 38, was a Victoria’s Secret Angel from 2008 to 2014.

The Dutch model has been a brand ambassador for L’Oreal Paris since 2006, and became the first model to land four different international covers of Vogue’s September issue in a single year in 2013.

The following year she came second on Forbes’ top-earning models list, having earned $8m (£6.7m) in one year.

Since 2017, Doutzen has starred in the Justice League and Wonder Woman movies, as Venelia.

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley – $30m (£25m)

Brit Rosie, 35, became one of Victoria’s Secret’s best-known Angels when she joined in 2006.

She went on to become the face of Burberry's 2011 fragrance Burberry Body, and M&S lingerie ranges.

Rosie even tried her hand at acting, starring as Carly Spencer in the 2011 film Transformers: Dark of the Moon, and the Splendid Angharad in Mad Max: Fury Road, released in 2015.

She also launched a make-up and skincare brand, Rose Inc. in 2021.

Joan Smalls – $30m (£25m)

Peurto Rican supermodel Joan Smalls, 34, became a Victoria’s Secret Angel in 2010, and was the first Latina model to represent Estee Lauder the following year.

In September 2012, Joan was named Model of the Year at the Style Awards, and number one by Models.com.

Along with Karlie Kloss, Joan co-hosted MTV fashion series House of Style, and has featured in music videos for the likes of Beyonce and Bruno Mars.

Candice Swanepoel – $25m (£20.8m)

South African model Candice Swanepoel, 34, became a Victoria’s Secret Angel in 2010, and modelled for the Kardashians’ swimwear line that same year.

In 2013 Candice was named the cover model of the coveted Victoria's Secret Swim Catalogue, and chosen to wear the Fantasy Bra in the annual fashion show.

The $10m (£8.3m) bra – and matching belt – were created by Mouawad and featured over 4,200 precious gems, including rubies, diamonds and yellow sapphires set in 18 carat gold with a 52-carat ruby at the centre.

In 2018, Candice launched her own swimwear collection called Tropic of C.

Jasmine Tookes – $10m (£8.3m)

Models.com named Jasmine Tookes, 32, as one of the top 10 new models in 2011, and then she became an Angel the following year.

She has modelled for the likes of Jimmy Choo, Burberry, Calvin Klein and DKNY, and she also founded activewear company JOJA with her fellow Angel Josephine Skriver.

Jasmine was ranked Most Beautiful Face in the World by TC Candler in 2022.

Lily Aldridge – $8m (£6.7m)

Lily Aldridge, 37, was an Angel from 2010 to 2018.

She also appeared in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue, alongside Chrissy Teigen, for the 50th anniversary cover in 2014.

As well as Victoria’s Secret, Lily has worked with brands like Bulgari and Rag & Bone.

She has been married to Kings of Leon frontman Caleb Followill since 2011.

Taylor Hill – $6m (£5m)

Taylor Hill was just 18 years old when she first walked for Victoria’s Secret in 2014.

By the time she was 20, she was a multi-millionaire.

Now 27 – with a $6m (£5m) fortune – she has worked for brands including Ralph Lauren, Michael Kors and Carolina Herrera. 

Martha Hunt – $3m (£2.5m)

Martha Hunt, 33, became an Angel in 2015.
