CELEBRITY MASTERCHEF kicked off for its 2022 series which saw celebs battle it out for the crown.
Kae Kurd was one of those who impressed with his impressive cooking skills.
Who is Kae Kurd?
Kae Kurd is one of the celebrities taking part in the latest series of Celebrity Masterchef.
He is best known for being a stand-up comedian who has been on various popular TV shows.
Kae, whose name is Korang Abdulla, first moved from the Iraqi area to the UK along with his parents in the 1990s at just six-years-old before growing up in Brixton.
His parents had been part of the Kurdish resistance movement against Saddam Hussein's Iraqi government and had to flee as refugees.
Kae's comedy career first began in 2011 when he started writing for multiple TV programmes.
However, it looks as though Kae's talents don't just lie in comedy as he impressed the judges on Celebrity Masterchef.
The first episode aired and during one part the celebs had to recreate a Korean dish by just tasting it.

Kae was one of the contestants who almost got the recipe spot on which resulted in Gregg Wallace and John Torode commending him for his effort.
What TV shows has Kae been in?
Kae's Celebrity Masterchef appearance isn't the first time he's worked in TV.
The star is best known for working on various programmes such as BBC Two's Live at the Apollo, Mock the Week and Richard Osman's House of Games.
He has also written for other programmes such as Cunk On…, Death to 2020, A League of Their Own, Have I Got News For You, Charlie Brooker's Antiviral Wipe and Crouchy's Year-Late Euros.

He is also known for his comedy show Kurd Your Enthusiasm.
Is he married and does he have children?
It's not known whether Kae has any children or is married.
The comedian has not gone public with any other relationships so it is not known whether he is single.
Kae tends to post about his upcoming work on his Instagram page @kaekurd rather than share his personal life.
