MARRIED At First Sight UK has given us plenty of drama over the past few years.
One contest that didn't exactly have an easy ride on the show is Welsh man, Luke Dawson.
Who is Luke Dawson?
Luke is a 37-year-old from Cardiff.
He works as the manager of a children’s home and is also an on-call firefighter.
He described himself as “honest, hardworking, loyal, and a good guy”.
He is definitely a big family man who values both his family and friends, sharing this heartfelt post on Instagram.
The caption reads: “Always choose wisely who you have in your life. I’m very fortunate to have people in mine who I can call extended family and not just my friends.
“I’m not very good at sharing my feelings on times. I couldn’t even fit all of them here, you know who you are though.”

When was Luke Dawson on Married at First Sight UK?
Luke was on Married at First Sight UK in September 2021.
He was matched with Veterinary nurse Morag Crichton.
The pair tied the knot in the second episode Morag wasn't exactly impressed with Luke.
She told the camera: “He wouldn’t be my typical guy I would go for so I’m not exactly jumping for joy."

However, despite a rocky journey from the start, the pair made it to their final vows.
Luke confessed that he'd been thinking hard about what his decision was going to be, but he ultimately chose to stay in the relationship.
While Morag's vows noted a few concerns, mainly that they were different people and that she was worried that Luke was ignoring his own wishes and needs in order to make her happy.
She concluded by declaring her intention to be with Luke, saying: "I want you in my life. I want you in my past, present and future."
"I am so grateful I got you as my husband," she added.
Are Luke and Morag still together?
In October 2021, Luke opened up about his relationship with on-screen wife Morag, and what the future holds.
Although the couple renewed their vows, the reunion special revealed the couple were no longer together
Speaking to his followers on an Instagram Live, he reflected on the relationship to explain what was going through his head behind the scenes.
A follower asked what went wrong between the two of them.
"I wasn't Morag's type," he wrote. "That's it. Hurt like hell and didn't realise how much until I seen the adverts for it again. But you know what, I'm someone else's type right?"
Another fan asked: "Looking back, did you really love Morag? Or were you caught up in the moment?"
Luke responded: "Caught up in the moment. At the time I genuinely thought I did or was heading there."
He was then asked if he would "ever consider giving it another go with Morag", he simply replied: "No."
What has Luke Dawson done since Married at First Sight?
Luke returned back to his day job as a firefighter after filming for MAFS.
