YORKSHIRE Shepherdess Amanda Owen has been 'mum-shamed' after she kissed her teenage son in a new selfie.

Amanda, 47, has nine children with her estranged husband Clive, including eldest son Reuben.

While Reuben now stars in Our Yorkshire Farm spin-off series Beyond the Yorkshire Farm with his dad, the 19-year-old is still happy to help his famous mum out with her jobs too.

Taking to Instagram, Amanda shared a series of snaps of the pair of them moving hay bales.

She also posted one of her kissing her son on the cheek, while he pulled an unimpressed face to the camera.

Amanda captioned the pictures: "Just one of the happy helpers. @reubenowen74 #yorkshire #shepherdess #sheep #snow #winter #weather."
