LOVE Island star Zara McDermott was rushed to hospital during aterrifying evening after suffering from "excruciating abdominal pain."
The reality TV star-turned-documentary-maker, 25, was whisked away for medical assistance for a suspected burst cyst on one of her ovaries.
Zara told her Instagram fans how Made In Chelsea star boyfriend Sam Thompson had stepped in during the "eventful" night.
She uploaded a snap showing her lying in a hospital bed, with tubes inserted into her arm.
Alongside the worrying image, the Love Island alumni told fans: "Wow last night was so eventful!
"Sam had to rush me to A&E because I had excruciating pain in my abdomen – had a feeling it was a burst cyst on my ovary because I've had it before on my other side and it felt similar."

Detailing her state now, she added: "I just want to say the A&E team were just incredible.
"I was seen so quickly and had all tests and scans done within two hours of being there.
"They wanted to keep me in overnight but after all the pain relief I felt a lot better so I had a few hours in bed before heading back this morning for another few scans.
"They want to make sure my ovary isn't twisted as I was presenting with all symptoms last night.
