A BABY boy has been airlifted to hospital after suffering "life-threatening" injuries in a crash.

Emergency services were called to Woodgates Close, Horesham, West Sussex, on Sunday around 4.10pm following reports of a collision.


They found a 16-month-old baby boy at the scene who had suffered life-threatening injuries.

He was airlifted to hospital where he remains in a critical but stable condition, say cops.

Sussex Police are investigating the incident and remain at the scene today.

Enquiries are being carried out to established what happened.
