I was left with O-cup boobs after a medical condition caused them to swell – but now I've used them to make £250k | The Sun

A WOMAN whose boobs swelled by six bra sizes due to a rare medical condition has told how she used them to make over £250,000.

Pamelia James, 27, who didn't wish to reveal her real name, was left stunned when her breasts suddenly ballooned to an O cup in just 14 months.

The former cleaner, who lives in Melbourne, Australia, was diagnosed with gigantomastia in March last year after her J cups jumped in size.

The rare condition causes rapid and excessive growth of breast tissue.

Pamelia was left shaken by the news and unwelcome stares from strangers, before realising it would allow her to capitalise on a "niche" in the market.

She had joined OnlyFans in January 2018 before developing gigantomastia, raking in around £31,000 each year with sexy snaps.

But as her breasts continued to bulge, so did her bank balance.

The tattooed model claims her earning have multiplied over the last year, seeing her earn more than £250,000 with her risque content.

Pamelia credits her boom in subscribers to her rapidly growing bust, which expanded by 14cm in only seven months.

She explained: "Because it's such a unique niche, it's really amplified the amount I make on OnlyFans."

However, although her large assets have earned her a huge amount of money, the adult content creator admits there are some pitfalls to having huge boobs.

Pamelia first noticed her chest was getting bigger by the second as she had outgrown her favourite bra and was crippled by back pain.

She visited her GP in January 2022, who suggested the heaviness of her breasts may be the source of the problem while referring her to a surgeon.

The OnlyFans star was then diagnosed with gigantomastia, which she explains has taken a huge mental and physical toll on her body.

Pamelia said: "It causes me back pain, shoulder pain and just pain all over."

The ailment can be caused by a range of factors, including hormonal changes, medications, and autoimmune diseases.

But it remains unclear what triggered Pamelia's condition.

She also suffers from polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and is undergoing testing to see if the two conditions could be related.

Pamelia's chest currently measures 139cm, meaning she struggles to find any clothing that will fit her big bust.

She continued said: "I have to buy my clothes in plus-size shops and they aren't for people like me.

"There are lots of clothes and styles that I can't wear because they're too revealing and make other people uncomfortable.

"I get a lot of looks."

Despite laughing all the way to the bank this year, the OnlyFans creator is now planning to undergo a breast reduction in the future.

She intends to reduce the size of her boobs by half at some point next year – even though there is a risk her large chest will return.

However, she is desperate to ease some of the discomforts that come with having O cups – even if she loses her OnlyFans clout.

Pamela said: "The money has definitely been something that has played on my mind, but I'm sure that mentally and physically it's the best decision.

"I will definitely lose subscribers on OnlyFans.

"I talk about getting a reduction openly and about 70% of my subscribers tell me not to get the reduction.

"The comments really make me question the decision. They make me wonder if it's the right choice, but I'm sure.

"It's uncomfortable and I'm over it."

So she is trying to cash in on her success on the adult subscription site while she still can save up and buy a house "in cash."

She added: "Overall, I'm glad this happened to me.

"I've been able to open people's eyes to gigantomastia, I'm happy that I've had the experience."

We previously told how a woman with gigantomastia said she was instructed to lose weight by trolls to decrease her bra size.

But Joka, 21, hit back and educated them on the rare condition, explaining "it doesn't work that way."

What is gigantomastia?

Gigantomastia is a rare condition that causes excessive growth of the female breasts.

The exact cause isn't known and it can occur randomly, during puberty, pregnancy, or after taking certain medications.

The breast growth can occur over the course of a few years, but there have been some cases of gigantomastia where a woman's breasts grew three or more cup sizes within a few days.

Other symptoms include breast pain, posture problems, infections, and back pain.

While gigantomastia is considered a non-cancerous condition, it can be physically disabling if not treated.

In some cases, the condition resolves on its own, but many women with gigantomastia will need to have breast reduction surgery or a mastectomy.

Gigantomastia also goes by other names, including breast hypertrophy and macromastia.
