McDonald's customer catches staff making next day's breakfast in an 'unhygienic' side room and makes them bin everything | The Sun

THIS is the shocking moment a McDonald’s customer caught a staff member making the next day’s breakfast in an “unhygienic” side room without washing his hands.

The fast food fan forced workers to bin the food after stopping at the drive-thru in the chain’s Great Linford restaurant in Milton Keynes.

Video taken by TikToker Campell shows a young staff member making the next morning breakfast wraps at one of the drive-thru windows.

Campbell claims that the lad had been making the grub without washing his hands after touching his face, the tills and handing money.

He explained: “Decided to stop at the Great Linford McDonald's in Milton Keynes on my way home the other evening.

“I pulled up to the first window to pay and gave the lad £7.50 in change and he carried on taking orders over the intercom.

“Out the corner of my eye I see him scratching his nose and thought to myself you dirty f**ker but literally straight after he's turned around grabbed some cheese then started to make the following day's breakfast flatbreads.

“In the time I was sitting there he had touched his nose, touched food, then touched the till, then touched the door then carried on grabbing bacon and cheese, no gloves or general hygiene at all.

“Why is food being prepared in the order room where money is being handled?”

In the clip Campbell then confronts the staff member – who agrees he shouldn’t be doing what he is doing – and demands to speak to the manager.

The manager says “I didn’t know about this” and Campbell demands that the food is thrown away.

Campbell is then brought into a staff area with the manager who throws the bag of food into the bin in front of him.

Campbell explained: “I don't care what anybody says it's disgusting and shouldn't be happening.

“There will be people who will say its a waste of food that homeless could have but at the end of the day that sort of neglect with food can cause health issues and make people sick.

“The poor lad on the first window was clearly just doing what he had been told to do but unless people start showing what's happening in these branches they will just keep getting worse.

“One more thing before anybody points out that I still took my "order", yes I did, but that was only because I was too focused on trying to resolve the situation.
