Video footage aired this week showing Clarke and Yarbrough yelling expletives at each other, before Clarke unleashed a verbal spray on television presenter Karl Stefanovic, in the beachside park the night of January 10.
Queensland Police on Saturday said they had issued a NSW man, 41, and a Queensland woman, 30, with infringement notices following an alleged incident between the pair depicted in footage at Lions Park.
“No other offences were detected during the investigation,” a police statement said.
“There is no further information available, and the investigation has been finalised.”
The footage, taken by a bystander and published by News Corp, shows Yarbrough yelling expletives and slapping Clarke over an alleged tryst with his ex-girlfriend, activewear queen Pip Edwards.

Clarke then starts yelling expletives at Stefanovic – who is in a relationship with Yarbrough’s sister Jasmine and works for Nine, which shares an owner with this masthead. The footage shows Stefanovic and Clarke’s friend, high-profile accountant Anthony Bell, attempting to defuse the situation.
Clarke is also seen injuring his problematic hamstring during the incident, as he denied claims he had cheated on Yarbrough.
Clarke later told News Corp he accepted responsibility for the altercation and was shattered by his actions in the lead-up to it.
He remains on pre-planned annual leave from his role at Sky Sports Breakfast with the station’s breakfast crew not due to return until Monday.
A spokesman from TabCorp said the matter was considered a private issue and Clarke was expected back on air as scheduled.
Clarke is expected to address the issue when he returns to work on Monday.
