Rolling Stones songster Mick Jagger and his girlfriend have put their sprawling estate in Florida up for sale – and are asking for more than $3.4million for the plum property.

Nestled in a gated community near Sarasota, the four-bedroom and 5.5-bath mansion originally cost the 79-year-old rocker $1.9million in 2020, and has since played the part of part-time home to him and longtime love Melanie Hamrick, 36.

Once a professional ballerina, Jagger’s much-younger flame has her own dance studio in the 5,700 square foot home – which also boasts a heated saltwater pool, three balconies, and its own old-school bell tower.

Moreover, the home offers access to some of the impressive amenities provided by the private Lake Club – including a newly remodeled 20,000 square foot clubhouse, several other pools, private tennis courts, and a separate fitness center.

For the lion’s share of the year, the family resides at Jagger’s apartment in New York City – but in recent years became increasingly close at the Florida pad while holed up there during the pandemic.

At the time, Jagger – who has been dating the seasoned dance choreographer since 2014 – had been recovering from a heart surgery administered in 2019, before engaging in an impressive comeback tour after about year on the mend.

That tour ended last summer, and Jagger and Hamrick now appear to be parting with their private getaway, which boasts floor-to-ceiling windows and panoramic views of one of many lakes set in the area.
