Paramedic, 22, tragically found dead in her room on New Year's Eve after night out | The Sun
A YOUNG paramedic was found dead in her bedroom by her ex-boyfriend on New Year's Eve, an inquest heard.
Zaquira Lawson-Cos, 22, was found unresponsive at home in Coxheath, Kent.
The "kind-hearted" paramedic's bed had not been slept in and she was wearing her pyjamas.
An inquest heard how Zaquira's cause of death was given as hanging.
The hearing was told Zaquira, who was born in Cuba, had video-called her mum on December 30.
She then headed into Maidstone with her housemate before the pair returned home and went to bed.
