Tensions within the Royal Family look set to continue as Prince William has "no plans" to see his brother Prince Harry until after the latter releases his bombshell memoir this winter.

Despite the fact that the pair are currently staying half a mile apart from each other, William, 40, and his wife, Kate Middleton are reported to have been avoiding contact with Harry and his wife, Meghan Markle, until they are aware of the contents of their Netflix documentary.

According to Royal biographer Angela Levin, she said: "They have lost their chance of being trusted as the chance is they will record any conversation and use it against them."

Levin claims that William's hesitance to get close with the Sussexes is their "own fault for vastly exaggerating and being rude".

Harry and Meghan, 41, are currently in the UK for their European tour and are just 380ft away from William and Kate's new Adelaide Cottage.

The Sussexes also declined an "open invitation" to stay with Prince Charles at his Scottish holiday house.

Insiders told The Mirror that Charles had thought the Sussexes staying with him would be a "good opportunity for everyone to take stock and relax".

The source said: "The invitation was declined, as it has been before".

Insiders also claim that he finds Harry and Meghan's jibes at the Royal Family "painful" and is "completely bewildered" by their behaviour towards the family.

With the memoir expected to be released by the end of the year, the Royal Family will be able to read it at the same time as the public as one source said the Queen has pulled out of several public engagements of late as she does not want wait for the "next nuclear bomb".

A friend of Charles has spoken of his hurt about the situation with insiders claiming he "loves and misses" both Harty and Megan and has missed spending time with his grandchildren, Archie and Lilibet, who he last saw during the Platinum Jubilee in June.

Charles was thought to have seen their time spent together in June as a "minor act of reparation", following Harry and Meghan's interview with Oprah Winfrey in 2021 where Harry admitted he felt "really let down" by his father.
