THIS is the shocking moment a fist fight erupted when a Russian MP tore down a Ukrainian flag at a conference in Turkey.
Punches were thrown at the diplomatic conference in Ankara today after the unnamed man ripped the flag from a Ukrainian MP.
Oleksandr Marikovsky was holding the flag and preparing to have his photo taken before it was torn from his hands.
According to Pravda, the Ukrainians had held up their flag behind the Russians as they were giving their speech.
It was reported that the Ukrainian MP's used this tactic to try and disrupt the speech from Russian State Duma member Ola Timofeeva.
Following the disruption, the speaker of the Parliament intervened and announced a break, demanding the delegation to be taken out of the hall.

Russia claimed that Ukraine had attempted to assassinate their President Vladimir Putin in a drone attack on the Kremlin in Moscow yesterday morning – which Volodymyr Zelensky has denied.
Russia has since upped their own drown-strike action on Ukraine, and have targeted cities such as Kyiv and Odesa which are miles from the front lines.
Overnight, Russia launched around 40 missiles with "for Moscow" scratched into them into the war-torn country.
Footage showed a flying object exploding in flames above the fortress in central Moscow – where the president has his office and an apartment.
Putin, 70, was not inside at the time and was not injured, the Kremlin said, but the tyrant’s allies reacted to the attack with bloodthirsty calls for revenge.
In the Kherson area, 21 civilians dead with many killed in a supermarket and train station.
Russia continued its onslaught in the wake of the Kremlin drone attack with a barrage of missiles and kamikaze drones at Kyiv and other Ukrainian cities overnight.
Ukraine's Air Force said early that Russian forces attacked with Iranian-made drones.
And today, the Kremlin accused the US of being the brainpower behind the alleged drone strike on Moscow which it said was carried out by Ukraine.
"Decisions on such attacks are not made in Kyiv, but in Washington," Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.
"Kyiv only does what it is told to do."

President Zelensky has denied the claims, however, and British security officials believe the attack was a "false flag" operation carried out by Russia to distract Ukraine from its counteroffensive and rackgenerate support back home.
Experts from the Institute for the Study of War think-tank said: "Russia likely staged this attack in an attempt to bring the war home to a Russian domestic audience and set conditions for a wider societal mobilisation."
