What does a Victorian summer mean to you?
It’s all about the tennis. Summer in Melbourne is the Australian Open, not just for me, but for so many in Melbourne and Victoria.
First place you take visitors?
Gimlet, one of Melbourne’s grooviest restaurants.
In January, of course, it would be the Australian Open, and also to one of the many great restaurants we have here in Melbourne. Maha, Gimlet, Farmer’s Daughter and Grill Americano are current favourites and always fantastic.
Secret spot you escape to?
