Summer starts to flower as Brits bask in 21C temperatures – with warm weather set to continue | The Sun
SUMMER started to flower yesterday with glorious sunshine across the UK.
Eight-year-old Ella Williamson picked giant wild daisies in Troon, Scotland.
Meanwhile families and friends relaxed in Primrose Hill, North London, where temperatures hit 21C (70F).
And in Exeter a dragon boat festival proved a roaring success.
Forecasters say there is more to come this week.
Conditions are set fair for most of the week, according to the Met Office.

The pleasant weather is expected to continue as an area of high pressure bathes the nation in warmth.
Late afternoons and early evenings are set to see the warmest temperatures as we see the first signs of summer.
Western areas are also due the hottest weather, with eastern parts a little cooler.
The forecast for Monday reads: "Any early cloud burning away, however, remaining cloudy at northern and eastern regions.
