His death took place on the same day that his father stood in court, accused of the same offence.
His father was informed of his son's death in court, and broke down in tears after receiving the shocking news.
He was then sent back to prison for 14 days of judicial custody.

He was born on April 10, 1962, in Prayagraj, India.
He was a member of parliament in Lok Sabha from 2004 to 2009.
Ahmed has also been a member of the Indian legislative assembly, being voted in on five occasions.
He has been in prison since 2019, accused of over 100 crimes, however this hasn't halted his political career.
He has fought several elections from behind bars.
What happened to Asad?
Asad was found dead along with his aide on Thursday, April 13, 2023.
They were allegedly shot down by Utta Pradesh police.
It is alleged the pair were stopped by police while riding a motorbike through the area.
Their bodies were found lying next to each other in the city of Jhansi.

Both Asad and his aide were suspects in the murder of Umesh Pal, who was killed outside his home in February 2023.
