Woman, 22, found dead in Plymouth hotel as grieving family says she ‘had so much to live for’ | The Sun

THE grieving family of a young woman who died suddenly in a hotel have told how she had “so much to live for”.

Paige Bartram, 22, was found dead at the OYO hotel in New George Street, Plymouth, on April 22.

Her cause of death in unknown and a coronial investigation is underway.

Now her family have paid tribute to their “best friend”.

Paige's sister, Ellie wrote on a Gofundme site: "Paige Bartram was 22-years-old and had so much to live for and to experience. Losing and out-living your child is a nightmare no parent would wish upon another.

"This has literally broke my mother and loss of Paige has affected our family, as once were six are now five. Growing up with someone, you’d never think about how life would be without them, the past few weeks we’ve had to accept the loss of our closest. My mum’s first daughter, my first best friend.

"Please could you kindly share and donate, every penny will go towards the funeral, help us give her the send off she deserves."

Meanwhile Paige's mum, Vicky, told PlymouthLive she was staying in supported living in the hotel.

She said: "Paige suffered from epilepsy. The investigation is ongoing – they've had the post mortem but they don't know the cause of her death yet."

Vicky added: "Brad, who's 20 and Ellie, who's 16, have been really upset by her passing, as has Mia, who's 11.
